SEEND CHURCH LANE ST 9460 13/269 J. Heritage monument in churchyard about 15m west of west tower of Church of the Holy Cross GV II Pedestal tomb, c1840, ashlar with plain sides, moulded cornice and stepped top. Inscription to James Heritage "who was mortally wounded by a stab in the neck at Sandfield Gate in this parish on 9th January 1840'.
