Description

Blaxhall House is an early 19th-century villa constructed of red brick and topped with a hipped slate roof, featuring stacks on the side ridges. The building is two storeys tall and has a square plan, presenting a three-window front with 16-pane sash windows. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door with a fanlight, which is set back in a round-arched surround. An iron trellis porch with a tent roof adorns the entrance. On the east side, there is an added ashlar canted bay. Blaxhall House is part of a group that includes Newton House and The Villa.
