Description
No 1 Estcourt Street is a late 18th-century, three-storey narrow-fronted red brick house located on a corner site at the beginning of a stone-faced row, slightly recessed from it. The building features a curved corner and has a half-hipped old tile roof with a shallow eaves cornice. There is one window on each floor, although the sash is missing on the second floor. The first-floor window is a recessed sash with intact glazing bars. The ground floor has a small 19th-century shop front. Nos 1 to 16 Estcourt Street form a group.
