Description

Witches Cottage is a 17th-century house constructed of rubble stone with a stone slate roof and an end stack. It is a small-scale building with one and a half storeys. A dormer gable is positioned over an eaves-breaking casement window pair. The ground floor door is set within a fine, moulded Tudor arched surround with a hoodmould. A small window is located to the left, and a two-light ovolo-moulded stone mullion window with a hoodmould is to the right. A large 20th-century extension extends from the south end of the building. The Group Value context is that it contributes to the streetscape of Luckington.
