Description

No. 12 Church Street is an early 19th-century house. It is rendered and whitewashed with a tiled roof. The building is two storeys high with a cellar and has three bays. Raised bands define the bays and floors. The central entrance features a half-glazed door protected by a pent roof canopy. The windows are four-paned sashes, with those on the ground floor being replacements, set within segmental-headed openings. The house has gable stacks. It is included on the list primarily for group value, in the context of the surrounding buildings.
