Description
This building is a school constructed in 1846. It features English bond brick with stone dressings and has fishscale tiled roofs. The layout is a 'T' plan, consisting of one classroom and service rooms at the head of the 'T', along with one double and one single classroom in the stem. The main entrance is marked by a four-centred stone arch with casement mouldings and a label in the cross wing, while there is a second entrance located in a lean-to lobby on the right side of the stem. The school has two-light stone-mullioned windows, coped gables, octagonal chimneys, and zinc galvanised roof vents. Inside, there is a timber screen that divides the main classrooms.
