Description

Nos 32 to 36 on Portway is an early 19th-century, two-storey terrace. The building is constructed of coursed and squared rubble, featuring brick quoins and dressings. It has ashlar lintels that are grooved like brick. Each house has one range of windows, with Nos 32 and 36 retaining tripartite glazing bar sashes, although the ground floor of No 32 does not. No 34 has been altered with modern casements. The doorways are slightly recessed, and the terrace has a slate roof with a coped verge. This building is included for its group value.
