Description

Nos 50 and 52 High Street is part of a corner block with No 2 Portway, dating from around 1832. The building is three storeys high and constructed of purple brick, featuring flush stone quoins and lintels that are grooved like the brick flat sash windows. It has a stone moulded cornice and a brick parapet topped with a stone coping. The building includes two ranges of glazing bar sash windows. The ground floor has a modern shop front with a house entry to the left.
