Description

Vernham House is a late 18th-century building of three storeys located on the east side of The Common Close in Warminster. The construction is of coursed and squared rubble, with small ashlar quoins. The roof is covered with old tiles. The windows are glazing bar sash windows set in moulded frames. On the upper floors, there are three windows, with the central window of the second floor being blocked. The ground floor has two windows, the outer ones being wider. A central six-panel door is recessed and framed by an architrave.
