Description

The garden wall on the west side of The Drive and returning on the north side of the lane to the church is an 18th-century structure. It is made of rendered cob with tile copings and a ridge, measuring approximately 45 centimeters thick and 2.1 meters high. The wall has a brick offset on a brick and flint base and extends about 138 meters from the junction with Cottage No 4 at the north end to a corner angle. It continues for approximately 64 meters along the north side of the lane to the church. There is an inturned entrance to a farmyard and a 20th-century door leading to a house.
