Description
Number 10 St Margaret's Place is a late 18th century to early 19th century building that stands two storeys high with a basement. It is constructed of ashlar and features a hipped pantile roof with a brick chimney stack. The building has overhanging eaves and a cornice adorned with modillions. There is one window on each storey, with sashes that have thin glazing bars. The doorway is accessed by a small external flight of steps. A projecting rubble plinth includes one square window for the basement. This building is included for its group value with Nos 34 St Margaret's Hill and all the listed buildings in St Margaret's Place.
