Description
Rose Thatch is a semi-detached cottage dating from the late 17th century. It is constructed of dressed limestone and features a thatched roof with stone and brick stacks at the gable ends. The cottage is single-storey with an attic and has two windows. There is a six-panelled door located to the left of the center, with a 3-light casement window in a square bay to the right, which is below a 20th-century thatched porch. To the left, there is another 2-light casement window. The first floor includes two 3-light casements set in raking dormers. The rear and interior were not accessible during the survey conducted in August 1986.
