Description

Raffles Restaurant is an 18th-century house that was remodeled in the later 19th century. It features a stucco exterior and a tiled roof. The building is two stories tall with three bays and is one room deep. The entrance is located in the central bay, with a shop window to the left. The entrance includes a six-panelled door. The windows are 16-pane sashes, each adorned with lugged and swept plaster architraves and vermiculated keystones. The shop front has a central six-panelled door with a margin glazed fanlight, flanked by three arch-headed lights, all set within a similar architrave. The building also has raised end quoins and a forecourt made of sarsen pebbles.
