Description
Nos 13 and 15 Bank Street are shops and a house dating from the late 18th century. The building is constructed of ashlar and has a roof that is not visible. It is three stories high with four windows. The ground floor features 20th-century shop fronts. No 13 has a recessed casement window, while No 15 has three 12-pane sash windows and a plat band at the second floor; there is a casement window to the left and three small 12-pane sash windows to the right. The building is finished with a moulded cornice and a blocking course. At the rear, there is an early 19th-century rubblestone wing that is also three stories high and features 12-pane sash windows. This building is included in the listing despite the modern shop fronts as part of a group with Nos 7, 9, and 11.
