Description
This is a group of three headstones located approximately 8 meters north-northwest of the Church of St Mary in Calne. The headstones commemorate Katherine Thisham, who died in 1703; Thomas Heath, who died in 1732; and Robert Smith, who died in 1739. They are made of limestone and feature carved winged cupid heads at the tops. The headstone for Thisham has the cupid head in relief, while the one for Heath has it incised.
