Description

28 Church Street is a house that has been converted into an office. It dates from the late 18th century to early 19th century and is constructed of limestone ashlar with ashlar gable stacks and a slate roof. The building has a double-depth plan and stands two storeys tall, featuring a three-window range. It is double-fronted, adorned with a cornice and parapet, and has coped gables. The entrance includes a six-panel door with an overlight, while there is a blocked first-floor window and six-over-six pane sash windows. The rear of the building consists of two parallel gabled ranges, which also have a blocked first-floor window. The interior has been altered.
