Late C18. 2 storeys. Brick with ashlar quoins, rubble side walls, stone coping to gable ends, flanking chimney and old tile roof. 2 windows flanking central 1st floor panels with stone lintels grooved as ashlar, glazing bar sashes. Central 6 panel door with architrave frame, plain surround and flat moulded hood on cut brackets.
