Description

Smithy Cottage is a late 18th century or early 19th century building located on Lancing Mill Road. It is two storeys high and features four windows. The exterior is faced with flints, complemented by red brick dressings and quoins. The roof is made of slate. The ground floor has casement windows, while the upper floor has sash windows with glazing bars.
