Description

Monks Farm Presbytery is an 18th century and older farmhouse located on Lancing North Road. The building is two storeys high and features four windows. It has a stuccoed exterior with a cornice and parapet, topped by a hipped tiled roof. The two northernmost window bays project slightly from the main structure. The windows are fitted with Venetian shutters, although the glazing bars are missing. There is a small solid porch at the entrance and a large external stone stack with offsets on the gable wall.
