Description

Friar's Acre is a 17th century or earlier lobby entry timber-framed building located on Lancing Manor Road. It features red brick infilling and curved braces on the first floor, with the west half refaced in red brick and grey headers, and some flintwork at the back. The building has a hipped tiled roof with gablets and two storeys, containing four windows. The windows are casements with 19th century diamond-latticed panes. A brick stack has been added later.
