Description

No. 33 New Road is a house dating from the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed of rendered limestone and features a slate roof. The building has two storeys and is arranged in a symmetrical three-bay plan. The central entrance consists of a six-panelled door topped by a decorative fanlight in a round-headed reveal, which has raised stone surrounds, a keystone, and abaci. The windows are 16-pane sashes, with a 12-pane sash above the door. There are brick gable stacks, and at the rear, there is a parallel and lower block.
