Description

The garden wall stands to the east of No. 26 Endless Street. Number 26 has a long garden extending back to Rollestone Street, originally belonging to a 16th-century house on the site. The wall along Rollestone Street was constructed in August 1600. It is approximately 7 feet high, built of brick and flint, with a later splayed upper part of brick. A splayed arched doorway remains, with traces of an old ledged and studded door. The wall contributes to the group value of Nos. 16 to 26 (even) Endless Street.
