Description

22 and 24 Milford Street are early to mid 19th century buildings that stand three storeys tall and are finished in stucco. They feature a low pitch hipped slate roof with flat eaves. The upper floors have three windows, with a square window on the second floor and recessed sash windows that have glazing bars on the upper sash, all adorned with keystones. On the ground floor, there are two doorways with flanking sidelights, and a keystone above, along with a small shop at No 24. These buildings, along with Nos 20 to 36 (even) and the Elim Pentecostal Church, form a cohesive group.
