Description

This early 19th-century building is located on the south side of Milford Street. It is a two-storey structure built of colour-washed brick, with a gable-end slate roof. The first floor has two windows, which are recessed sash windows with intact glazing bars. The ground floor features a Victorian shop front with a window containing four thin mullioned lights, one angled to a glazed door. Flanking the shop front are pilaster strips with console brackets to the frieze, and a blind case above. Nos 20 to 36 (even) and the Pentecostal Church form a group.
