Description

20 Milford Street is a 18th-century building that was originally two units. It is two storeys tall with an attic and has a stuccoed exterior. The roof is steeply pitched with old tiles and features two hipped roof dormers. The right-hand side has coved eaves. On the first floor, there is a tripartite sash window with intact glazing bars. The ground floor has a modern shop front on the right and remnants of a mid-19th century shop front on the left. There is also a door with a narrow rectangular fanlight. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 20 to 36 (even) and the Elim Pentecostal Church.
