Description

28 Milford Street is a mid-19th century building that stands three storeys tall and is constructed of red brick. It features a low-pitched hipped slate roof with a lath eaves band. The upper floors have two windows, with the first-floor windows being tall, recessed sashes that have later glazing and flat stucco arches above them. The ground floor has a double shop front that has been altered by a modern fascia. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 20 to 36 (even) and the Pentecostal Church.
