Description

This is an 18th-century barn located to the west of Latimer Farmhouse. It is constructed from rubble stone and features a stone-tiled roof with coped gables. The barn has a projecting south side with an off-centre two-storey gabled entry. Above the entry, there is a steel beam lintel with a relieving arch and an unmoulded two-light mullion window in the gable. The barn also has flush quoins and lean-to stables on each side of the cart entry. A 20th-century floor has been inserted within the barn. It is listed for its group value.
