Description

Sunnyside is a house dated 1824, constructed from rubble stone and featuring a Bridgwater tile roof, coped gables, and end wall stacks. The building is two storeys high and has a double fronted design. It includes stopped cyma-moulded flush mullion windows with dripstones, featuring two 2-light windows on the first floor, and one 3-light and one 2-light window below. There is a central door set in a chamfered doorcase, with a datestone marked RB 1824 above it. A buttress is located at the west corner, and there is a lean-to structure against the east end and rear wall.
