Description

19 Coppice Hill is an early 18th-century house. The front facade has been recently renewed and is constructed of ashlar, featuring angle pilasters, a plinth course, plain string courses at the first-floor level and first-floor sill level, a moulded cornice, and a plain parapet. It has four windows, with sash windows containing thick glazing bars set within architrave surrounds. Three dormer windows have wooden casements. A square-headed doorway is located on the left side, leading to a passageway providing access to the rear of 19 Coppice Hill and to 16 Coppice Hill.

At the rear of 19 Coppice Hill is a cottage extension, originally number 18 Coppice Hill, dating to the 17th century and built of coursed rubble. The cottage has a modern pantile roof, eaves, one gabled dormer window, and two windows with 2-, 3- and 4-light casements and moulded stone mullions. A plain square-headed door is positioned on the right side of the cottage.
