Description

Kozicot is a house dating from the late 17th century or 18th century. It has a rendered exterior, likely over chalk, and features a thatched roof that is hipped to the east and half-hipped to the west. There is a stack at the east end of the ridge, which is part of the original end wall. The house is 1 and a half storeys tall.

The south front has an eyebrow over a pair of leaded casement windows, with a triple casement window below, also featuring leaded lights. There is a narrow light to the left. The west end has a pair of casement windows on each floor. There is a slightly set back addition to the east under the roof hip, which has a door at the front and a pair of casement windows on the east end. The rear features an eyebrow over a pair of casement windows, another pair of casement windows below, a window to the left, and a 20th-century flat-roofed addition to the right.
