Description
The Whatley monument is a body tomb located in the churchyard, approximately 9 metres north of the Church of St. Leonard. It commemorates Thomas Whatley, who died in 1845. The monument is made of cast iron and features a cast-iron inscription plate on one side. It is recognized as a good early example of a cast-iron monument.
