Description
Church View is a house that dates from the 17th century or earlier. It is constructed with a timber frame and painted brick, topped with a concrete tile roof and featuring a stack at the north end. The building has two storeys. The east front displays exposed framing in the center and to the left, with curved angle bracing. There is a central door set in a heavy timber frame, leading to a gabled porch. Above the door is a casement window, with two pairs of casement windows on the ground floor to the left and another pair above. The right side of the house is finished in painted brick and has a triple casement window on each floor. At the rear, there is a one and a half storey wing that is thatched. The interior has not been inspected.
