Description

This is a two-storey cottage situated at the end of a row. It dates to the 20th century and is constructed of English bond brick with stone dressings, topped by a tiled roof. A gable end brick stack is located on the right-hand side. The cottage has a single window front. A 20th-century glazed door is set to the left, and a two-light casement window with a stone architrave sits to the right, on both the ground and first floors. A lean-to addition extends to the rear. The building is included on the list primarily for its group value.
