STEEPLE ASHTON HIGH STREET ST 9056 (west side) 13/252 Walls and gate piers to right of Ashton House GV II

Front boundary wall with gate piers. Probably C18, restored C20. Coursed rubble stone walls with pitched stone coping, swept up over planked door to left. Gate piers with chamfered rustication and moulded cappings to ball finials with spiral scalloping.
