Description

This is an early 19th century, three-story building with a two-window front, built onto an older house. Originally, the front had two hipped gables, one of which included a dormer window. The front elevation is ashlar, featuring a moulded band above the first floor, a cornice, and a parapet. To the right is a three-story, angled bay with three windows, and paired windows to the left. The plate glass sash windows have beaded surrounds, and there are cill bands on the first and second floors. A modern projecting shop front occupies the center. A doorway to the left has a patterned, lozenge-shaped rectangular window. At the rear are twin gables, partially covered in slate, with two gabled extensions including dormers. A modern shop front is present in the centre. Numbers 61 to 64, together with the railings to Number 64, form a group.
