Description

This is a house located at 38 Cross Hayes, built in the early 19th century. The front is roughcast over coursed, squared limestone rubble, and it features a brick gable stack on the left side and a stone slate roof. The house has a double-depth plan and stands two storeys tall with an attic, presenting a one-window range. The right-hand side has a doorway with a half-glazed door, a ground-floor top-hung casement window, and a first-floor sash window with five over ten panes in an exposed box. There is also a casement dormer with a cambered head. The interior has not been inspected.
