Description
The Guest House at Bowden Park is a mid-19th century outbuilding constructed from squared rubble stone and topped with a hipped slate roof. It stands two storeys tall and features two ridge stacks. The east front has five windows, alternating between four 12-pane tripartite sashes and plain 12-pane sashes above blocked doors. The ground floor tripartite sashes are set in segmental-headed sunk frames. The north end has a single window that matches the style. At the rear, there are nine 12-pane sashes on the first floor and a full-length verandah with a slate roof supported by timber posts on the ground floor, which includes four doors.
