Description

This gazebo was built in the 1740s for Francis Yerbury and is located approximately 340 meters northwest of Belcombe Court. It is constructed from uncoursed limestone rubble with an ashlar facade and has a rectangular plan in a classical style. The five-bay facade features Tuscan pilasters that support an entablature and blocking course. Inside, there are seats along three sides with moulded nosing. The gazebo, along with a nearby rustic arch, creates a picturesque feature on the north slope of the valley that overlooks Belcombe Court.
