Description

The Barling monument is a chest tomb located in the churchyard, approximately 4 metres west of the Baptist Church. It dates from the early 19th century and is made of limestone. The tomb features a moulded plinth and fielded panels on the main sides, adorned with corner paterae and reeded corner pilasters. It has a moulded flat top that bears a partly illegible inscription.
