Description

Mill House is a detached house dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of English garden wall bond brick with stone quoins and features a tiled two-span roof with gable end brick stacks. The building has two parallel ranges and is two stories high with three windows. The windows are casements, and the entrance includes a six-panelled door set within a 20th-century porch. There are three 3-light recessed chamfered casements on the first floor, each with flat arches and keystones. On the right side of the house, there is a recessed chamfered 1-light casement. Attached to the left side is a lean-to extension made of English bond brick, with coped verges on the roofs. The rear and interior were not accessible during the survey conducted in July 1985.
