Description

The barn at Figsbury Farm, located on the south-west side of the former farmyard, dates from the early 18th century. It is timber framed, resting on brick sills, and is weatherboarded with a thatched roof. Originally, the barn consisted of five bays, featuring central opposed cart entrances and an aisle on the east side. The southern bay, which was adjacent to the road, has been demolished. A 20th-century driveway runs through the central bay. A windvane is situated on the roof.
