Description

Mead House and Mead View are a pair of houses built in the late 18th century. They are constructed from squared rubble stone and feature a Bridgwater tile mansard roof with coped gables and end wall stacks. The buildings are two storeys high with an attic and have four flat dormers. The front has a four-window range with flush cyma-moulded mullion windows. Above, there are four 2-light windows, and below, two 3-light windows with hoodmoulds, each accompanied by a door in a chamfered doorcase with a hood on brackets to the left. There is an additional inserted window to the left of the door to Mead View. To the right of Mead House, there is a two-storey projecting extension.
