The outbuilding at Coldharbour Farm, dating from the 18th century, is located to the rear of Coldharbour Farmhouse. It is constructed of cob and features a thatched roof. The building includes store and service rooms with a loft above. Notable architectural elements include a gable door and paned windows, while the roof is hipped.
