Description
Dilkusha and Jane's Cottage consists of three cottages that have been converted into two semi-detached cottages, dating from the late 17th century and 18th century. The building is constructed of dressed limestone and features a thatched roof with brick stacks. It is a single storey with an attic and has seven windows.
The front includes a gabled porch with a 20th-century door. To the left of the porch are two 2-light leaded casements, while the centre has two 20th-century casements. To the right, Jane's Cottage has a gabled porch and two 2-light casements. Dilkusha features two 2-light leaded casements in eyebrow dormers to the left and three 2-light wooden casements in the centre, while Jane's Cottage has two 2-light wooden casements.
On the left side, there is a 3-light steel casement on the ground floor and a steel casement with leaded lights in an oriel window on the first floor. The rear of the building has double garage doors to the right, with an eyebrow dormer above, and a lean-to extension to the left that includes casements. Inside, there is an open fireplace with a chamfered lintel set on stone jambs, along with chamfered beams.
