Description

Staff house and stables, dating from 1932, designed by Clough Williams-Ellis for Captain Rollo. The buildings are constructed of pink-washed brick with thatched roofs. They form an L-shaped house creating an open courtyard with similarly L-shaped stables. The house features a large living room with paned casement windows and low, single-storey accommodation. It includes a boarded door within a thatched porch supported by timber posts. Casement windows are present throughout. The stables are also of pink-washed brick with a thatched roof and feature painted stable doors.
