NORTH WRAXALL UPPER WRAXALL LANE ST 87 SW 4/475 North Wraxall Congregational Chapel

GV II

Chapel, dated 1862, coursed rubble stone with slate roof and coped gables. Main front framed by ashlar strips to sides and gable. Gable plaque 'Memorial Chapel 1862'. 2 round-headed glazing bar windows, projecting ashlar gabled porch and round-arched doorway with flush-panelled double doors. 2 windows to sides and rear lean- to. The chapel and Chapel House (q.v.) form an unaltered rural chapel group on an unusually isolated site, midway between North and Upper Wraxall.
