Description

The Hutton memorial is a chest tomb located in the churchyard about 9 metres north of the chancel of the Church of St. Michael. It dates from the late 18th century and is made of limestone. The tomb features a plinth with one rectangular fielded panel on the south side and an oval fielded panel on the north side, both adorned with carved drapery on either side. It has quarter balusters at the corners, a grooved frieze, and a corniced flat top. The inscriptions on the memorial are not legible.
