Description

Almeric is an early 18th-century semi-detached house with a later 18th-century outshut. It is constructed of Flemish bond brick, has a tiled roof with ridge tiles, and brick gable end stacks. The house is two storeys high with a five-window front. A 20th-century six-panelled door is centrally located. To the left are two 2-light casements with segmental-arched heads, and to the right is an inserted 2-light casement. A three-brick plat band runs across the first floor. Above are two 2-light casements either side of a single casement, all with segmental-arched heads. The left return side has a single casement to both the ground floor and attic, while the rear outshut features a planked door. Internally, the house has chamfered ceiling beams with ogee stops, and a cellar with a chamfered beam featuring run-out stops and planked doors.
