Description

This is an early 19th century, or possibly earlier, building, originally used as a dairy and outhouse for number 64 Lower Road. It is a single-story cob building. The roof is thatched, and the gable ends are weatherboarded. New two-light wooden casement windows have been added. A later brick extension is present on the south side, featuring both sash windows and casement windows.
