CORSHAM UPPER PICKWICK ST 87 SE 1/378 Nos. 62 to 64 (consec) (Pickwick Lodge Farm Cottages) II

House, C17 origins, rebuilt mid to later C18 and extended in C19. Rubble stone with stone-tiled roofs. One and a half storeys, 'T'- plan, the original range running east-west with C19 wings added each side at east end. Original range has mansard roof, coped gables and end stacks. South front 2 dormers, projecting ashlar pedimented porch with door in raised bead-moulded surround to right, Bath Fire plaque No 789 in pediment, then two 12-pane sashes and one pair of 12-pane sashes all in raised bead-moulded surrounds with flat cornices. Door to left. West end wall has similar 2-window range with moulded cornices to windows and door with hood on brackets. Rear north wall has 3 dormers and varied 2- light mullion windows, irregularly spaced. East front is part roughcast with 3-light ovolo-moulded mullion window to each floor of end-wall of main range. Twelve-pane sash to south return. South wing entirely C19 with 2-storey, 2-window range and south stack. North wing, possibly original rear wing remodelled, has ridge stack, C20 eaves-breaking dormer and C20 ground floor openings.
